動物たちの犠牲が含まれてない食事にしようとすると外食ではなかなか難しくて、この頃は自炊がち。
料理は意外と億劫でもなくて、少し楽しくて、結構美味しい。
今日はクライアントに会わないので、ガーリックふんだん。
I began cooking for myself because it's difficult to find vegan restaurants in Japan. Surprisingly, it's doesn't take as much effort and time as I expected and makes me feel more creative and peaceful. Fun!
